All fur bed blanket sizes assume that you do not want the pillows covered so 40cm (16") is taken off the mattress length from head to foot. Some of our fur blankets overlap the edges of the bed more than others. Use this guide to find the best size for your bed.

Hand wash mohair or alpaca throw blankets in warm water with a mild wool wash detergent. Never use hot water or the blanket may shrink and loose dye colour. Do not over-work the mohair wool or it will matt up and be ruined. Rinse well in cool water, and then slow spin out excess water.

With use a mohair or alpaca throw blankets will knot up and look a bit messy. This is perfectly normal and the fluffiness can be easily tamed with a light brush. Including a video demonstration of how to brush a mohair throw.
