Allow a couple of working days from order to dispatch. If the size is incorrect the sweater can be exchanged if unworn with swing tags still attached.

**Center back neck down sleeve is measured by folding the sweater in half then measure on a diagonal from the back of the neck down to the middle of the cuff. So measure something that fits you well as a comparison.
